First production-ready release of Korva. The full open-source core (Vault, Sentinel, Lore, Forge, Beacon, CLI, Hive) ships under MIT, with first-class integrations for 8 IDEs and a single commercial Teams tier on top of the Community tier.

Why this matters

Korva v1.0.0 is the cognitive infrastructure layer between AI coding assistants and engineering teams. After 18 months of iteration we are confident enough in stability, performance, and security to ship a production GA release.

Upgrade path

There is no v0.x → v1.0 upgrade because this is the inaugural release. Future minors will follow release-please conventions: feat: bumps minor, fix: bumps patch, feat!: or BREAKING CHANGE: bumps major.

Pricing & licensing

Community remains free forever (MIT). Teams launches at $9/user/month (regular $19, locked at launch price for 12 months from first activation). Teams bundles every paid capability — code-health analytics, pattern mining, multi-profile, private cross-team Hive, RBAC, audit log, Beacon analytics and email support with SLA — under a single tier. Custom contracts (SSO/SAML, on-premises dedicated, SOC 2-aligned exports, 99.9 % uptime SLA) are negotiated on top of Teams without a separate plan name.
